Shipping/Return Policy
We currently ship only within the United States. Shipping and handling costs are non- refundable, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping labels.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages.
Upon fulfillment of your order, you will be sent a tracking number. Itzcali is not liable for packages lost or stolen during trasit. In cases of loss, theft, or damage during delivery, recipients are responsible for filing claims with the carrier. Itzcali does not handle claim submissions.
Our order processing times range from 1-7 business days, excluding holidays.
All sales are final, there are no returns or refunds. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery, if there is a issue with your order.
